RoadOps Privacy Policy
RoadOps is built for trucking operations data such as vehicles, routes, stops, loads, proof of delivery, inspections, saved runs, customer tracking links, and dispatch timeline events.
Data storage
The iPhone app is offline-first. For customer tracking and dispatcher visibility, the app creates a private cloud workspace automatically and stores its fleet access key on device. Users can turn cloud sync off in Settings if they want phone-only records.
Backend sync
When sync is enabled, this backend stores job state in Cloudflare D1 so authorized dispatchers can view route status and customers can open public tracking pages. Public tracking pages use generated public codes and do not expose the private workspace token.
Photos and proof
Proof photos may be uploaded as part of delivery proof when sync is enabled. Early deployments store proof image data with the job record; production fleets should review retention and storage settings before broad rollout.
No ads or tracking
RoadOps does not need third-party ads, cross-app tracking, or IDFA. Any analytics or support tooling added later should be disclosed before launch.
